Thanks again everyone, your words are very encouraging. The MM1 will have been my 4th 3D modeling project (Kryptonite Spear, Danny Devito Penguin closed umbrella, Doc Ock tentacle, and now this). I feel like I learn more each time and hone my skills and I can't wait to do more for everyone.

Working on the 1/4 SPAS some more tonight. I also scaled up the MM1 into 1/4 and loaded it up for a master print. Unfortunately that print will be much more expensive due to size, but it should result in a reasonably priced final product. I'll be contacting the caster again to see what his costs will be for molding and casting the 1/4 copies for those that want the larger size.

A question for those considering paint. I have looked at SO many pictures and, in the film, this launcher is just plain old black. I mean, I don't find much evidence of weathering, scratches, etc. So anyone considering paint, what would you be looking for? Just not having the regular "plastic" finish? Do you want some basic weathering? Let me know what you all are thinking.

I'll put you on the waitlist. It all comes down to how many casts we can get out of the mold. If we get enough people on the secondary list I'll just have the caster make a second mold for us!

Don't have that yet, sorry. All along I've been shooting for $40-$50 plus shipping, as that was the original goal by Olbertfrog when he first started the interest thread. I feel pretty good about those numbers I just don't have the exact amount yet.

I'm really glad you took on the project.
Can't wait for the 1/4 spas, ar18 and ar15.
I'm sure there is more people interested to have weapons to go with their enterbay t800 Bd or T1000.

The Teargas launcher looks like a winner as does the SPAS.

Kitbashing entire 1:4 figures that don't exist is a bit out of my league so that's why I'm not putting myself down for 1:4 weapons. A 1:4 teargas launcher might be an exception though what with the recently shown NECA figure and the possibility they'll release a battle-damaged T2 later. Inevitably they won't provide a teargas launcher, they don't seem to think it's important.

Yeah that all makes perfect sense. No worries, I'm having fun modeling no matter how many end up with any given weapon in the end.

I almost forgot about the 1:10 version. I will get that scaled down soon to see how feasible that will be. 1:4 was easy to just scale up, but 1:10 may take some wholesale design changes.

Good news, 1:10-ers... I scaled down the launcher and it seems I don't have to make any changes... AND, the cost isn't too bad. It will be a direct print, though, rather than a cast piece, as casting it would be more expensive than it is worth. I'm working on getting pricing up for all the different versions because I'd rather have payment for multiple launchers all in one go from any one person.

I'm also trying to organize having those who want multiple launchers/sizes to have them all shipped at the same time. No reason to pay for shipping multiple times when, by waiting a little while, I can ship everything in one go with only a single shipping cost.

Currently waiting on an email with the caster so I can get costs for the 1/4 figured out. In the meantime, I am almost finished with the SPAS....
