I'm all for more suits for more people.

However, as long as it does not delay everyone else who put down a deposit years ago. If there will be a delay, there should be a separate 2nd run for new people. As far as a price increase, I believe if there needs to be an increase, the price should increase for the 2nd run, not the 1st. Our price was agreed upon years ago.

In a perfect world, yes... but Yunsil has historically increased prices based on the materials she ended up needing and complications or changes in her process that might arise along the way. This is a request you are unlikely to get good news on.

Yes, I unfortunately realize this. I've learned that the 1/6 world does work as you stated, as other artists I've purchased from have increased their prices after an amount was agreed upon. Gets frustrating, but I guess if you want to play in this world, its the way it is.

Yep it sucks. I do my best to not give a final price until... well... I am finished. I usually give an estimate but beyond that my pricing isn't announced until I have completed prototypes where I can have a much better idea of costs and needs at that point.

Just my 2 cents if Hector wants to add some more volume on this run, it will be better to offer the 1st clients who ordered and waited long before goes to others who are new. Limit each people to 2-3 sets max to give others opportunity for having the product.
But again it will be more reasonable if Hector finishes this 1st run and deliver while at the same time he could open a new thread for new orders but with different time frame not the same with this 1st run.

This is why we are on this custom forum aren't we at the first place? For me, as long as the price increase is reasonable, it will be okay because most of the time the material and design will also increase in price due to many factors especially taking 1 project to finish in years.

So here are a couple things I'm waiting to hear back from YunSil about;

1.Will increasing the run by another 30-40 sets delay the production?
2.Will the increased number cause a fabric shortage?

I am aware that there are other international forums just like this. And I can imagine it'd be a little intimidating coming to an English forum if it's a second language. Or never even spoken it. I know I would if it were the other way around.
But unfortunately this is where the project is being run, so if there's members willing to help these international members come here, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Just so everyone's aware. YunSil has been aware from the very beginning that the order would be more than 100 sets. But I never gave her a set number. So I'd imagine that she's ready to take on anywhere from 110 set to 180 sets. I mentioned in my recent email to her around 140-160 sets. So lets wait to hear back from her.

I'll report back soon.

Sorry about the delay on these. So these were only removed because I felt it made the shoulders look a little too broad. But after playing with it, it does look much better with the pads in.

And again, I never intended on asking YunSil to remove these shoulder pads. It was just my personal preference at the time I was futzing it. They can be easily removed if anyone else feels they look too broad.

I still haven't heard back from YunSil. I wrote her a lengthy email so it might be a couple more days.
