Hi Everyone,
With Rocco's permission, I'm starting an interest thread for Toshiro Mifune's Yojimbo / Sanjuro character.
A previous thread on this figure seems to have died out but I am very keen to get this happening. If we can get 20 people interested, Rocco will start a sales thread and the project will go ahead. I will likely purchase a few heads for myself so even if the numbers aren't as high as usual there's a very good chance this will be going ahead still.
I have also contacted Yunsil for a quote on tailoring some Kimono outfits. Indicative cost is between $150-$170 for 20 orders, or $220-$240 for only 10 orders. This includes the tailored Kimono (top), Hakama (pants) and Tabi (socks).
Here is an example of what I'm going for with the clothing and head sculpt, based on an excellent one-off creation I saw on another forum by zztop:
I would appreciate suggestions for which body to use. Toshiro Mifune was approx. 175cm tall, though he was solidly built.

** Just a point to add, I am new around here and new to the custom scene. If this project takes off I would appreciate the guidance of some of the more experienced members. Any advice given will be well received. I simply have a real desire to get this character made and I don't want to wade into any serious mistakes along the way.
