I received my outfit from Dan today. It's a really great set.

I haven't had a chance to dress the figure properly but I ran a quick test on the kimono itself to see if I could get the drape looking how I wanted it.

I found that using a steam gun (the type you use for cleaning bathrooms) works really well to set the drape in his Kimono. When dry it holds its shape very well and seems to provide a little more control over the drape than just spraying with water. The combination of heat an moisture works very well. Hope it helps!

Thanks Dan, will do - I have some gladiator feet somewhere which should work well. Your painted heads on the post above look great!
