When you say hand you mean just the hand or the whole arm?

maybe a hand and forarm so you could cut the bodys forarm just below the elbow and glue the prawn arm on...........maybe,just a thought

Here are some detailed images of the arm and hand. The arm does have a lot of abnormalities, but it's implausible to sculpt the whole arm and part of the back. It would be covered up by clothing and bandages anyway.

Absolutely!
I would 3-D model it and print.

Only the immediate hand looks like a crab claw, while the majority of the forearm is human flesh with these black bumps sticking out.

The mouth area needs refinement (far too bulbous and prominent) but if I like the finished sculpt then I'll buy one, most definitely.

Gotcha, still not done, but I agree, the mustache is for guidance, but not final as I need to finesse the mouth area, make things more subtle.

The lower part of the cheeks could also be more filled out to compliment the rounded jaw.
