Re: 'The Albuquerque Chicken Man' (clothing outfit)

It's doubtful that I'd be in for this but I'd still hate to see it go in the wrong direction. Can I offer some friendly advice? The Slim is not a good choice for Gus. Slims are meant for noticeably shorter and/or skinnier guys (Jesse, Marty McFly). The TTM18 are perfect for both Walt or Gus. I just put an 18 next to my Say My Name Walt (Joker body on Trev's Wallabies) and it's (the 18) shorter. With shoes on it would probably end up around the same height or still a touch shorter than SMN Walt. For those who have the SMN set up on a Joker body and like that build for Walt, then that's essentially a TTM21.

Re: 'The Albuquerque Chicken Man' (clothing outfit)

put me in please!

Re: 'The Albuquerque Chicken Man' (clothing outfit)

I was also thinking about the slim body, but googled this actor's height, and he's something like 5' 8". Assuming that's accurate, the slim might actually work pretty well.

Re: 'The Albuquerque Chicken Man' (clothing outfit)

5'8 is an average height, and his build wasnt small like Jesse's so I still think a TTM18 would work out better than a 22

Re: 'The Albuquerque Chicken Man' (clothing outfit)

I just googled Aaron Paul, and he's apparently 5' 8", as well! Cranston is 5' 11". So, if you've already got a Jesse on the equivalent of a slim, and a Walter White on the equivalent of a TTM-18 (which I believe is the case with the stock Iminime figures), I think Gus on a slim would be pretty spot on.

--edit: and according to this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Average_height_around_the_world the average white American aged 20-39 is 5' 10 1/2" By the reckoning, Paul is short and Cranston is about average.

Re: 'The Albuquerque Chicken Man' (clothing outfit)

Considering I was the one that got Sculptor to give us the first Gus sculpt out there, I'm in for one of these!

Re: 'The Albuquerque Chicken Man' (clothing outfit)

18 with a little belly is the way to go, or no belly if you choose. Also, if masterworks is coming with a gus head with a sculpted neck, our problems are solved, if not, definitely get an african american body neck.

Re: 'The Albuquerque Chicken Man' (clothing outfit)

Lol I said it was an average height not THE average height. Here's a pic

Re: 'The Albuquerque Chicken Man' (clothing outfit)

Could be forced perspective going on there. But as far as I know, the Google height that pops up could be wrong. And sure, he could be an "average" type height and still be shortish. . .short enough to work with the slim body :D

Alright you win! ;) Just put it on a TTM20

Re: 'The Albuquerque Chicken Man' (clothing outfit)

Here I am with Giancarlo, and I'm 6'2". We'll most likely get a Gus with sculpted neck from Trevor one day. Maybe the TTM18 is the best option. I guess it's hard to say.

Re: 'The Albuquerque Chicken Man' (clothing outfit)

I'd say that he's taller than 5'8" if Danger is 6'2".

There aren't a wide range of bodies so we have to lump a lot of different actors body types into a few broad categories. A perfect example is the spread that HT most currently offered. There's an "average guy", a "little guy" and a massive beast of a guy. Nothing in between. Throw in the Bruce Lee body, the muscle TTM19 and the Narrows (08/14/18) and you have 6 main categories to cover the countless different physiques that we're trying to replicate. That's why characters like Stark, Indy & Hawkeye end up on TTM19's; while it's not exactly fitting, it's the best and only option

Unfortunately there isn't a easy or basic way to fine tune it to show disparities of an inch or two. As long as the "average guy" ends up being taller than the Joe Pesci's, Arron Paul's, Mike J. Fox's, etc., and shorter than the Arnie's then that's as good as it gets. I'd say it's no bigger if Walt & Gus are close to the same height; as long as they are noticeably taller than Jesse

Great photo, Danger :rock

Not heard anything back from Yunsil yet. Once I do we can look at body choice again.
