Is there a reason you're completly ignoring my posts? Months ago I've reported this issue, you've told me, that you're contacting Yunsil about this and will try to find a solution. Everytime i've asked you here about an update, you've never replied back. So what's the deal? This situation is not acceptable, as i've paid good money for a faulty product and waiting now almost 9 months for a reply!
