Considering the amount of work that's gone into ED2 Ash's chainsaw (15 or 16 separate pieces, I believe), I'm sure Leatherface's would be amazing.

I saw it twice over the last two nights. A surprisingly well executed and interesting flick. I just discovered that Flanagan did this indy short in 2006 and was finally able to recreate the idea into a big production

I'd love to see the Tall Man too; with a minion! The thing is Beto says he's not into making plain human type characters (with the exception of Ash). He likes to do more monster-like characters. So Torrance, Bates, Tall Man or anything of that ilk isn't on his radar. Unfortunate but true.

The good thing is he's been considering doing Leatherface for a long time so that will come to life eventually. I asked him if he'd consider doing the Hitchhiker to accompany Leatherface and he wasn't interested in taking him on either :monkey2

The Tall man with a minion would Kick@ss!! As long as he eventually does a Leatherface.. I'm sure it would be great. Thanks man... In the meantime it doesn't hurt to hope one day somebody will make them
