by the way, he is supposed to finally ship my joker shoes tomorrow by UPS.

Shipment has been postponed numerous times already.
If he refuses to ship the shoes tomorrow, a PayPal claim will be filed against him for $600 I paid for the shoes work.

I already had a different caster also make the shoes for me. Those are arriving to the painter by Friday:

So I don’t even need his shoes anymore.
If he knows what’s best, he’ll ship the shoes.

In December, I told him I was going to get a different caster to make my joker sneakers.
That way he can just finish the heads and take a break.
I didn’t want him stressing on my shoes while his family situation was ongoing.

But he got hysterical and said I owed him the job. He begged me not to take away the joker shoes work from him. He said it wasn’t fair I give the job to someone else.

I said, but when are you going to finish them? Didn’t you say you planned on a 2 week Christmas break?
My shoes are already behind schedule because he had promised me they would be done by start of December.
I have my painter waiting for them.

Now he says I forced him to work on them. That I was heartless and didn’t respect his situation.
He chose to continue to work on them.
He actually begged to work on them.

So I gave him what he asked for and now he says I forced him to work on them

Anyway i'm going to go relax now as it's been a long day.

Sorry you lost the $150 on the cast but next time try be nicer and more understanding to your fellow Collectors and things will go a lot smoother.

This is me being unreasonable and heartless apparently:

What I was not expecting was the young Bruce heads he was about to ship to me were all defective again.

The bottom line is this,
I gave him a second chance to make it up to me after he shipped defective heads in Sept.

I didn’t ask for refund then, just to do the heads correctly.

I reminded him multiple times to make sure you are checking each head carefully.
Do not ship anything without checking for defects.

Then I receive the young Bruce heads and all have defects again.

That is the bottom line.
The job was not done correctly.
Even after giving him a second chance.

And I’m the bad guy? Please

The shoes have been picked up by UPS and should be within you on within 2 days.

In the sneaker sales thread you advertise the 3d printed version so I hope the casted ones are up to the same level. I advised not to cast them as I knew all the undercuts in the laces wouldn't work.

That is one incredible sculpt. Even without any paint, there’s absolutely no doubt who it is. IMO, there isn’t anything about it that isn’t dead on.
