Sigh, with the lack of updates I ended up just buying the Asmus figure last month.

Sorry guys I don't know much about this at this current time, I do however know pre order will be soon! I think Mr X was getting the Road warrior set and the newer piece finished before pushing this! The wait is worth it trust :wink1:
I also know the extra's are being sculpted as we speak.

That's great to know! Even if the figure just netted me a body and suit it'll be good to have a better head than what Asmus offered.

Oh trust me from what I've heard you'll want the at least a full set with extra's.
Asmus is ok I've owned it twice had 1 repainted, I will warn you if you display the asmus mallet in his hand be sure it's secure mine dropped and shattered 2 shelves on the way down wasn't happy! I'm hoping the cult king mallet is hollow! ray:
I'm really hoping we get the dx as the robe where he smashes the clock with the squeeze me horn! Just playing the waiting game :gah:anic:

I kind of wish there was a Stanley Ipkiss head. That way you could display him holding the actual mask. But that's asking way too much.
Thanks for the heads up. I know the Asmus stuff can't be super high quality builds. I think it sold for only like $100 shipped when it was new. I'll just have to be careful haha

Funny enough that was what Mr X was gonna originally do at this current time I'm not sure but I do know more people wanted the robe as a dx than Ipkiss but you never know! The original price tag for him was amazing, he still is a great piece especially the dog and other extra's.

Got my Asmus Mask in today. I like the body, but the head could definitely use something better. It just looks a little off, or at least it does in my pictures.

I honestly couldn't answer if this had a repaint. I bought it second hand from guy in Japan. He didn't have the box and was only asking $250 for it. I couldn't let it go at that price.
I will say this though, my Asmus Ace is incredibly shiny. I think I'm going to take a dull coat to him.
