Looking at the stills I have I think you are right. They should come in a touch. Looks like the pad locks and the shackles should be within the tires.

Exactly. Legs should be straight and close to each other, not opened.

I have an update on this project.

I have taken the prototype to a electroplater and should get it back this week. Its being plated in nickel and then will get an epoxy coating which will make it mat. This should give me the look I want. This will have a special package like my other pieces and will come with two special bonus items. I'll start a Sales thread with dates and prices just as soon as I get everything together.
