quick question....the sewing on the shirts has some of the stitches around the buttons thats not in conformity with the other lines...is that how the design was made or is that something that will be fixed?...

Yes, those stitchlines are from the micro velcro we used to close the shirt up. Jen initially tried snap buttons, but they look really odd because the buttons were thick and pushed the shirt out quite a bit, and you still get the stitch/thread lines in front of the shirt. She did several different versions and this micro velcro is the less noticeable method we've found, and it closes up really thin compared to the snap buttons.

Wow! I'm really impressed by the quality of the materials and the stitching. I don't want to sound overly critical, but are the jeans cut a little long? Can't wait to see some pics of the stuff weathered up.

Thanks MikeTek! I think the black jeans fabric makes it look longer because it is thicker. If you look at the blue jeans fabric, the cut looks perfect, but the black looks longer even though they are cut and sewn with the exact same pattern on both.

I'll weather up a set very soon. I'm just waiting for Jen to finish a few sets so I can do a batch of the weathered versions.

It's the lighting. I mentioned in the post that Jen had to up the lighting and colors a little to show the details more. The blue is much darker in person as well as the black in the jeans. It's more of a muted blue than the blue you see in the photos for sure.
