Personally i love Denny, and i think most if not everyone here does also. Great guy who only wants the best that is possible at that given time. Dedicated and always ready to listen, and always approachable.

The complete figure from BCS can be bought, and clothing like the coat can be made by other custom makers, and also head repainted by a number of people, and you would still be paying less than the ebay prices for the custom version.

If everyone really loves Denny and team as much as they are always saying, why not prove it now by NOT posting here and carrying on something that could very clearly and very obviously get taken further and only make trouble where it is not needed.

You are clearly an idiot who doesn't understand anything sadly. Trevor and WGP do not make a full run of custom figures. I worked with WGP on the penguin project guess what it got shut down after 10 were made. Trevor got shut down after the heads were already made and cast as I said and you once again have missed what I said. He sold them underground because he had them already cast. He may as well make money on it. He has them lying around. Guess what Denny can understand it. He's not making no more? Why because he knows it's wrong. BCS gave him permission to do the 20 that's it. Tbh they shouldn't have even done that. But stop you crying you can't get it now tough luck.

So all that stuff about hurting the original show and license rights doesn't apply if the custom is already completed? Why do those values you championed so loudly only apply if they wouldn't be financially inconvenient?

And if selling the full figure is such a big deal and really the hang up for you here (even though its being done all over this board), then why not just sell the head? Would you be opposed to that? The sculpt and the coat are really the only pieces you can't source from somewhere else. A repaint of BCS sculpt isn't going to cut it. Its far too gone.

Yea, because you know your argument is crap. You champion legality, licenser's rights, and protecting the financial security of the original production; but then apply it only in this case, and make numerous exceptions. (Its ok to sell unlicensed merchandise as long as the company doesn't issue a C+D, but if they do and you still have previously manufactured stock to clear just continue selling privately, but if you still want to ignore the C+D its fine as long as its not a full figure).

If you really cared the least bit about licenser's rights, you wouldn't allow for any exceptions. I don't event think you know what you are arguing anymore.

No I don't have to keep going over the same thing and repeating myself. It's not crap at all, it's facts I don't have to keep going over the same thing again again so you can understand I thought explaining things just once and all the different things that can cause a CandD. I personally hope that other companies don't start looking at this thread more because people like you who don't know when to keep your mouth shut and keep crying about the fact you can't have it. Could not only shut down the thread but the site itself. I know for a fact as I talk to other 1:6 scale companies a lot. Such as sideshow and threezero they are very much aware of problems with not only Denny but other people making runs and not one off customs of a figure. Will keep ordering CandD so for Denny's shake best just to keep your mouth shut. Before you spoil it for the 8 people crying about this.
