Well, in the case of this exclusive, Denny is willing to extend the run if he's allowed. But as already mentioned, it's very unlikely. At least they let him do the 20 for the Convention. That's better than nothing.

Not being a big fan of this show, I know others won't agree with me here, but I think it's kind of cool for Denny to do something like this to build up a bit of hype through a truly limited release, while also supporting folks who come physically to this kind of show. Unfortunately, some will flip, which is bothersome when this is something that not everyone had an equal chance to obtain to begin with, but. . .c'est la vie. I just hope Denny only allowed folks to buy 1 per person so someone couldn't do that without sacrificing the only one they had access to.

When it comes down to it, Iminime/Masterworks is still a bootleg/custom company (albeit an on-the rise one). The only one who should have the ultimate say on whether or not to release more editions of a figure should be them. That being said, I doubt they'll release more at this point. :dunno

It is ultimately their decision whether or not to release more, but since BCS already has their eye on them, it would be likely be an unwise decision unless they had permission to do so.

I would suggest not to buy off the flippers... Yes this one got away. I feel terrible about this myself, I used to keep requesting Denny to make this character since the last two years and more, been a fan since I first saw Series One back in 2010.
Ironically when he did, the nature of the release ensured I would not have a chance in hell to get this...

Buying off the flippers who came to the convention to simply buy with the intention of trying to exploit the desperation of people like me who are avid fans of the character to own this, will be literally like swallowing my pride and bowing to them. (Ironically that certificate of authenticity they own is designed by me :lol )

As much as it hurts, I would rather not own this, than subject myself to paying over double the prices to speculators and hoarders. And I would request others to not bow to that pressure too.

For the price the flippers are selling this I would suggest people rather buy the original BCS figure and have the sculpt repainted... it will save money and give them something still worthwhile.

That sucks a bit Ankit. Considering all you did to try to help Denny along, I think it would be totally appropriate for you (or Wake) to have an extra chance at something like this that you had been advocating, even if you couldn't show up in California.

I myself wanted one... and in order to make sure Denny could satisfy his customers I went ahead and deferred any option i had to get the set.

That's a nice thing to do, but I don't think anyone would begrudge you getting one. Particularly when you knew some of the guys getting these would have no real interest in this stuff apart from throwing it on eBay for an easy buck. I think you guys would at least deserve a shot at an unpainted head or something.
