No prob Ed. The display figures almost always have blue tack on the accessories. I use it in photos too. It's the most permanent you can get and still be able to change your mind.

AFAIK, BBC has to give the okay for the licensing. BCS can't just "give it away". I think BBC doesn't really care, it was just to prevent BCS from going to BBC and asking them to send a C&D. Only the licensor can send a C&D.

Erik S, yours is the best picture I've seen of this figure so far and I agree the coat is amazing, the head, not so much. I might be more impressed if I could see a pic of the head that's at exactly he same angle as the photo of Sherlock you posted - is there any chance of you doing that?

Benedict's eyes are not blue nor grey... he has a heterochromic condition which is very rare and which means his pupils have green and blue both.

It was a run of 20 FAMCON exclusive figures, which all sold out in 45 minutes. So at this point, as much as it pains me to say it, you would have to buy from ebay. There MIGHT be another run of the figures (if Big Chief - the current license holder - allows) but it is far from a sure thing.
