I think the confusion is coming from the opening post where axe says "some of you know I be been trying to get Adam...." And then later "I have convinced an artist..."

Honestly I could care less who makes it, as long as it looks great. I just stumbled upon this thread luckily after repositioning my 2.0's head for an hour trying to get it right. Of course my girlfriend videoed me to make jokes. Can't wait to see the pics

I feel that once we see the WIP pics, we'll have a good idea who the sculptor is. Every sculptor has a distinguishable style.

Sometimes we can guess who sculpted it just by looking at what type of material they use and how they take WIP pics, hopefully our anno sculptor changes things up haha

You are right about that, however I dont think they will make THAT MUCH of an effort to completely change how they take pics and their material to keep their identity a secret :lol

By the way the good news is that the artist will probably start in another 10 days or so. So I would like a request from you guys.

Flood this thread with pics (preferably with no lens distortion which can falsify actual proportions) with reference pictures of Ledger Joker in a neutral expression. I will use some of them with the screenshots I pull from the film and other relevant material to send over to the artist. All this can help go a long way in making this sculpt a definitive one.

No it wont be as many as possible... He/She works in the industry and has his/her own professional commitments too to take care of - This project has only been possible due to a stroke of luck opening in the respective schedule - so it has to be wrapped up to within a certain time.
Maybe I can try up the edition size but, thats about it, it will NOT be an open run.

Only if they understood that they ain't toys...but possible artwork of a movie character .

But trying to exsplain that to my wife and her keeping a straight face at the same time is another thing .

Guessing it's an employee of HT or EB. Kojun or Rovo Jin would be my guesses.

I've always really liked these two. There pretty neutral and I like the intensity in his eyes.

Ha yeah, but she always tells me that's one of the biggest reasons she loves me, I'm not afraid to let my inner child enjoy himself. Plus I hear the comment "closet nerd" plenty, as I guess I don't fit the description of nerdome?:lol whatever that BS means. People think I'm wearing a Spider-Man shirt for fashion? F$CK no, I wear it cause I love Spider-Man:lol Anyways, Axecutioner, having complete faith in your projects bro, that and I'm tired of tilting my goddamn 2.0's head everytime I walk in the room!

While we're talking cost, it seems quite likely that cost will be higher if any kind of manual, "real" hair application is required. For some that won't be an issue of course, while for some it will be. Just throwing that out there.
