Feel free to PM Dave if you have concerns of how we moderate the thread.

Re: 1:6 Daniel Day Lewis as Bill The Butcher Headsculpt (Painted/Unpainted)

Why where the comments deleted? We were having a legitimate discussion about this sculpt? I find it hysterical that valid comments are deleted from a forum that is supposed to embrace collectors sharing different viewpoints as long as it's done civil and respectful, instead of what seems now as just being used as some vessel to peddle goods. Is this where we're at? Vendors of goods are gonna start to dictate censorship of VALID comments on a collectors forum! Ok :lol
Dave?

Here here. I didnt even say anything negative. Wtf?

Re: 1:6 Daniel Day Lewis as Bill The Butcher Headsculpt (Painted/Unpainted)

The censorship of this site has become a joke of late! This is the third time my posts have been deleted lately.

Re: 1:6 Daniel Day Lewis as Bill The Butcher Headsculpt (Painted/Unpainted)

I have to agree. One of my posts was also deleted and it wasn't even inflammatory or disrespectful in any way. It was just my opinion. Oh well...

Re: 1:6 Daniel Day Lewis as Bill The Butcher Headsculpt (Painted/Unpainted)

Kinda agree too, my comment was deleted when all I did was explain my position on the topic being discussed, nothing inappropriate, again it isn't what the thread is about but it does pertain to it...

Re: 1:6 Daniel Day Lewis as Bill The Butcher Headsculpt (Painted/Unpainted)

Interest threads are treated in a similar manner to sales in that there is more control over the content. What was deleted all stemmed from the intial arguing and off-topic posts and since this is an interest thread the posts expressing interest were left. Many that were deleted were not in and of themselves problematic, but either quoted the bickering posts or made reference to them.

Ok, I understand, thanks for the explanation Joseph, appreciate it.

Re: 1:6 Daniel Day Lewis as Bill The Butcher Headsculpt (Painted/Unpainted)

Thank you mods. If people would like to discuss about other artists and their ethics they are welcome to do so in another thread without sidetracking this one. Thank you.

Re: 1:6 Daniel Day Lewis as Bill The Butcher Headsculpt (Painted/Unpainted)

I had posts deleted in a lot a threads too lately...

Re: 1:6 Daniel Day Lewis as Bill The Butcher Headsculpt (Painted/Unpainted)

It just seems strange to me, especially when the comments being deleted are posted by premium members.
shouldn't happen.

all in all, i hope people enjoy this sculpt as it is a very fine piece of custom 1:6!!

Re: 1:6 Daniel Day Lewis as Bill The Butcher Headsculpt (Painted/Unpainted)

It seems that I missed out on the discussion... :dunno

Premium members become premium members by paying a fee - not because of their impressive reputation. Paying a fee doesnt guarantee they uphold the necessary decorum. A true premium member is defined by his behaviour, not by the tagline under his avatar.

this is the entire discussion:

"WeAreToyz, make the V1 bill outfit! :lol"

Re: 1:6 Daniel Day Lewis as Bill The Butcher Headsculpt (Painted/Unpainted)

Impressive reputation? Im simply stating I am a strong supporter of these boards and being censored for no reason does pose a few question marks in my books. I still am yet to hear a reason why any posts brought up were deleted. This is an interest thread - sorry for showing interest.

Re: 1:6 Daniel Day Lewis as Bill The Butcher Headsculpt (Painted/Unpainted)

The posts that were deleted were in response to one single post that was off topic.

AGAIN this is an interest thread and not a discussion about which headsculpt is the best.

So please stay on topic.

Re: 1:6 Daniel Day Lewis as Bill The Butcher Headsculpt (Painted/Unpainted)

Hey Axe, since prices are set, is this for sure a go no matter the # of interests?

Re: 1:6 Daniel Day Lewis as Bill The Butcher Headsculpt (Painted/Unpainted)

Elvis, why are you continuing to delete my comments. I asked why I was removed from the list when I did not request that. My name was 2nd on that list.

If your gonna delete our comments you should at least create an discussion thread and move our comments there. Your just deleting member comments that are well within the Forum guidelines. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!!

This is the only part that could be saved from your post

"Oh Axe, So now you remove my name from the list even though I did not asked to be removed because I still have every intention of buying this."

Re: 1:6 Daniel Day Lewis as Bill The Butcher Headsculpt (Painted/Unpainted)

Hello Axe I know its early in the game but would it be a possibly for a blood splatter paint up? I really like the detail they did in the Joker paint, it is extremely beautiful .I think a few variations would be a great opportunity to sell multiple heads, or a new look for others.
