How much is the costume?

Re: Prequel queen portman by sean dabbs

Hi I like headsculpt alot. I would like to ask the costume is going to 2 front layers, of which is one short layer covering the longer layer. From the picture, it seems that it would only be one layer? May be the costume is to be finalized...Please let me know, because the cloth quality seems to be pretty good. Tks.

will the gown light-up?

Hi Wor-gar, we can have the dress light-up, but I feel like there would need to be a big battery holster attached to her base behind her legs, or she would need a special base made to hide them if her massive dress wasn't enough to hide them. There is NOTHING cooler than light up lights, so we want to do that.

Hi Sanjade. It was informed it is attached in two parts, actually. The dress has one bit embroided attached onto the dress and on top of that there is the second one. :)

The collar you mean? No. Sean just sculpts parts of the costume to help him see the likeness as he's sculpting.

Alright, hate to do backsies buy I guess we won't be lighting the bottom dewdrops up because I was kindly contacted by a friend and 1:6 LED professional who told me unless the LED's being used are attached to something sturdy, it is just asking for lots of problems doing them in something like a dress because the soldering connections will be so brittle and easy to break, so it's safer not doing that. Sorry.

Re: Prequel queen portman by sean dabbs

Thanks for clarifying, thought that was the case, but ti didn't see the other collar on the dress yet.

Could (or will) the "dewdrops" be translucent though? Rigging up something afterward shouldn't be too hard even if it isn't integrated.

Could a small opening be left on the backside of the globes to accept a 3mm LED? It would be pretty easy to put together - the dedicated collectors could glue the LEDs into their slots and figure out a way to hide the wires under the dress.

Also - put me down as interested.

Thanks. I know the Queen will be on a small bust Phicen. I need to hear from Sean again on what Padme is one. I know it's different.

Re: Prequel queen portman by sean dabbs

Hi everyone,
We are hoping to announce the price of the limited run of the 10 full figures this week. We have met our run of 10 on the interest list, but since no info has been posted yet, there will always be drop outs so anyone who has interest once prices are announced will be on the reserve list. I am just waiting back on the quote from the painter.
Thanks! :wave
