OK.. I am completely done with these guys. To have delays is one thing, to completely have no regard for their customers questions and concerns is completely another. I have sent my third and final request for an update as to if my purchase has been shipped and will all items purchased be included in the shipment. 3 PM's I have sent in the last 3 1/2 weeks with zero response. WGP check into SSF daily as per their profile page, so there is no excuse. I will be filing a dispute with PayPal by the end of the week if they do not resolve. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

what is their facebook account page?...If you wanna go make some noise there and really put them on blast...I learned my lesson from these guys...if I can get my two medals i'm done with them...

Re: WGP -David the lost boy- sculpt interest

Just got this from WGP. No mention of the medals..... I have PM'd him back to ask the status of those.

Hi Anthony,
The drilling of the new David orders wrists and feet have all been completed now and the UK orders should all be sent off by the end of this week. Sorry for the delay and thank you for your patience. Shipping to the UK takes approx. 2-3 weeks from the US.

Damn, this really sucks! ... had I know this is how it would turn out i would have gotten another artist on board to do this set , really sorry guys.. wish i never started this thread!

Yeah. I was having Pete paint mine up and Rick said he had mailed them over 3 weeks ago. Still nothing......... I am going to have to file a claim with PayPal it looks like.

everybody should stop sending money to sean, once moneys been sent, they pass the book between them self like a right bunch of monkeys

soon as the relise the moneys not coming in they soon pull there fingers out - but if you keep supporting them, they,ll keep u begging like dogs.

totally terrible buisness, i dont no how Darklord Dave as let them get this far out of hand by takeing so much money off folks with false promises, peopel waiting 2/3 yrs for the items, all the newbies shud be warned too - keep well away give them nothing, they brought it on them self.
they shud do the desent thing pay folks the money whats owed and shut shop for good..........they say they,ve got other jobs aside and in there spare time they do alittle on one of there far too many projects they,ve got going, but still willing to take tens of thousand of pounds of our good earned money with nothing to show only 3d images.

seans a great sculpter but needed a spokes man and a reliable caster, spend that little extra and get some speed behind this thing , shipping piece,s to the uk then to the us then bk to the uk and us again is so time consuming ,, keep it in one place surely it can be done.

ive been stung so many times im sick of it grow a pair man up and sort this out? simple

I just checked PayPal and my payment was sent on Dec 19th. Screw it, I went ahead and filed a claim. It is just ridiculous. Anyone who buys anything from these guys in the future is crazy.

Guys please don’t confuse Sean with WGP. Sean produces a lot of awesome work by himself now so its not fair if this costs him future jobs.
WGP is a partnership so he does not have full control over these issues.

Sean tried loads of caster from the UK and USA and now has a reliable one that is doing some great work for his current projects. So please do not let this affect your opinion on SEAN himself.

Once WGP sculpts leave the caster they go straight to Rick for posting and this seems to be were the issues are happening.

I have just emailed them both with a possible solution for this.

I honestly assumed these parts were already sent off. I am very sorry for everyone involved - I will get to the bottom of this and get it sorted ASAP. Thanks so much for your patience. In the meantime, those who feel like we are shafting you - that is really not the case, it really is just a case of poor managment. PM me, or email me at [email protected] or even better, contact me via facebook (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=662005932) , let me know the details of your order, and I will make this better and hopefully can offer you something to make up for the wait

I'm sending you a pm bud, it sounds as though you are at the end of your tether, and I don't blame you, hopefully I can make this right :)

Thanks for stepping in there Sean, you do your part, it's just the other parts that seem to go awry. You do get the feeling that demand for this outweighed the capability to get it done. I think the trick to it is to set an edition size and stick to that like glue. Get what you can when you can and if you miss out then that's your funeral. Once the dust on the initial run has settled, maybe there will be spares left over where people have not paid or withdrawn their interest. If, for some reason, the books are clear for a little while then you could maybe consider another limited run.

Better that than have an interest list and going all out to try and fill it on top of anything else you might have on

can't disagree with you there, best advice I have heard in a long time.

Thanks!

The thing that gets me is that these are custom figures. Once everyone starts using said part, it becomes the norm. When I did my Indy the first time, there was uproar because I didn't use the head everyone else had. I wanted 'my' Indy, not theirs!

Seans been more than helpful - sorry for the frustation in my comment but as all its been building up for so long - its the other partys whos to blame not you.

thanks for putting things right - your a real gent , thanks ;)

Cheers,

Lee
