Hey gang,
We were interested in seeing how much interest there would be in a Vincent Price head? He would be $60 plus shipping.

Thanks!

Would it be possible to tone is hair done a little though?
Perhaps something closer to how his hair was in the house on haunted hill? :monkey3

I'd be interested. Any chance for an older, Scissorhands era variation?

Awesome, glad to see some interest! This sculpt is a personal sculpt by one of our artists and when I saw it I started drooling saying "man, we need to put this out on the forum!". This version of Vincent is done except for changing the eyeballs to haveing no iris' and giving him a standard 1:6 neck, but if you really want to have a specific HoHH version or an older version, we can be commissioned.

Just so everyone knows, because as much as I love telling this not everyone really knows this- when WGP makes a head, we have it on file and can be commissioned to make changes to it to make it into EXACTLY the head expression/version you want.

So if you like our Indiana Jones head but want a different expression on him or want him hatless, you can hire us pretty cheap to do that for you, then just pay for the printing and you're set.

An older Vincent would be a great companion piece to a lot of Edward Scissor hand figures so maybe once this version is out and we got enough requests (16) we could do one. If not he could be commissioned and made much faster.

that's a very good Vincent what year was that from because his hear is really full.

Would you consider a peter cushing sculpt...that is one actor.that is long overdue a likeness?

No doubt Cushing is due for a sculpt. Besides his awesome Hammer work he could be used as Doctor Who and Tarkin. We would definitely consider doing him at one point. :)

Are there no good Cushings out there?

I,d second a Peter Cushing sculpt there,s a huge body of work there to do a figure from.Someone would have to do a Van Helsing outfit with bag of stakes and Harker diary etc....food for thought there.Do i take it once that eighth slot is filled we,re good to go? i can,t wait for this, then again i can,t wait for the Macready either!:wink1:

Normally to get a commission started we want 16 people interested. Since Vincent was already made and was a personal sculpt of our sculptor, he was pretty much a go as long as people were interested (laugh), and you are, so cool. :)

Right now we are just waiting on the artist to convert it to a 1:6 head with the minor changes it needs. I will update as things happen with it. :)

There are some hammer horror figures and other horror films which feature peter cushing, however, the sculpts are not great and the pain work is worse....other than that no other cushing sculpts around....and i havnt included the awful hasbro attempt.

Come on start a list im sure there will be enough takers.

We have an amazingly long "hit list" of characters and plans we are already working on to comfortablly want to "hammer" (pun-intended) in another character and start a new interest list. You'll notice I didn't actually even start a new list for the Bond heads yet for the same reason that I have only been teasing them in our "master" list announcment thread.

Vincent was just a nice surprise, so unless we are commissioned, there are no plans for a Cushing soon, but maybe late next year.

We actually may have a few more surprise heads like Vincent though also from our artists personal collections popping up in the next few months, however (haven't seen them yet, still being worked on), so there will probably be more surprises coming if they look as good as Price. :)
