guys, again, its not like she took the cash and did nothing! She made not one, but THREE prototypes, and is currently handcuffed with this fabric issue. we also could have moved forward with the prototype shown, and the majority of the list came to the conclusion to wait, even when I offered to go ahead with a run of this first fabric.
basically at this point, Im kind of over listening to the same old complaining and accusations going on in this thread.

Um, didn't the majority already agree they'd be fine waiting another year for this?
Dude. Shutup. Seriously, shutup. I've seen nothing but pissing and moaning from you, along with a few others. Amazing that grown ass men whine as much as you guys. You'd think Yunsil ran off with thousands of your hard earned dollars. Don't tell Chili how he needs to conduct business. He's put up with more than enough of everyone's BS, and has been pretty great about everything. Grow up, man.Well here's a friendly tip to hedge off complaints then: Updates.
Even if the update is "I spoke to Yunsil and there is still no progress", customers would rather hear that than silence. They would rather hear bad news than silence.
The bottom line is that once you've accepted someone's money, you've entered into a contract of trust with that person, and it's up to the project manager to maintain that trust even if the project goes off the rails. And people are far more willing to trust if they feel like they're being kept in the loop on things. If they feel like this project is still being actively pursued and not just shifted off to a passive "We'll get to it when we get to it" place.
This pre-order has gone from "Delivery in a year" to "Delivery someday," which is too open ended to expect people to just smile and forget about it.
I'm sorry to hear that you're "over" listening to your customers, Chili, but this is what you signed up for. It sucks, I know, but you don't get to be a casual businessman with $5000 of people's money. If you want out, refund everyone. Otherwise, communicate more. Show us you're keeping on top of Yunsil about this. You've given her cash, she's doing a job for you, not a favor. You're entitled to be annoying in your requests for news.
