The problem isn’t the time it takes to make this custom, it’s the slow lack of communication. I totally get that customers can get annoying but when you miss dates over and over again, the least you can do is provide an explanation when these promised dates are missed. NONE of us could do this on our jobs...miss a deadline and just pretend nothing happened.
