I agree guys, this seems to be more inspired by Ross rather than a mirrored image of his work. Logan's watching the thread and will continue pushing forward with the sculpt. Keep your eyes open! I won't have this cast until we are all happy so no worries!

Honestly guess I'll be the bad guy if he wants Alex Ross inspired maybe this needs a do over from scratch .
IMO its a nice sculpt just not Alex Ross joker .

I know most (if not all) want an Alex Ross Joker, hence the thread title. So that's what I'm aiming for. If he ends up looking like a Ross inspired Joker and Logan says he can do no more, I'll chalk it up and move onto another sculptor. I'm still giving him a chance to redo/rework the sculpt. I went this route to try and save everyone some money, maybe that wasn't the right choice?

Guys give him some time. He is working on it for something like 2 days and you are already asking for another sculptor. :lol

I have made some changes in the shape of the head, brows, mouth and thinner neck.
I think it already look a lot better.

Maybe that would help.

:goodpost: I agree, give him a chance. If I were reading this I'd be tempted to pack it up and move on after reading some of these comments. Not surprised a lot of sculptors go AWOL on this board :slap

Logan is a great artist and deserves to be respected whether or not you like his style :thwak

Let's try and be supportive and help Logan realise our vision of the Alex Ross Joker, considering this is the result after a couple of days I have faith we will get a great final sculpt.

At the end of the day, if you don't like it, don't buy it but don't be rude about it m'kay? :hi5:

logans a great sculptor. im sure he make the right tweaks for everyone. with anyone sculpting anything you always have to tell them to change this or that before its ready.

THe fact that it's bald is throwing it off a lot.

I rasied the eyebrows and cheeks and made the neck thinner.
It add a lot more and even more with the hair.

Yeah the baldness throws it off a little....... just look at what baldness did for Britney Spears :horror but just with those few tweaks it makes a difference.
