Yeah! This would be amazing. I love this film.

Yup the Crimson Ghost is what's up! Plus it also transcends into music with the Misfits so it covers a lot of area. It looks like a pretty simple figure to do though, maybe too simple for Beto.

I gotta bump this again though. Beto knows I've been asking for this for as long as I've been asking for Jason Pt.3. It still has to cook in the monster oven as he says though :lol

So in the meantime I'm wondering what stage of possession would work the best? I kind of like this stage of the progression.

Yea, the body situation needs some time to be sorted out.

Hair too! I know there was a question of whether to go sculpted to avoid making it look dolly, but I don't know about that. The sculpted hair reagan's look too toyish. Maybe a high quality human hair they sell at Beauty supply shops. Gotta get the right texture, color and get it to lay right.

I can totally see Texas Chainsaw but not so certain Beto'd have any interest in Nubbins. Aside from Ash, has Beto done another regular human? Nubbins does have some great facial expressions but not sure if it'd be enough or that he's iconic enough to warrant a full figure from Beto. Hopefully Beto comments on it later.

Seeing his Beetlejuice figure made me actually watch the movie. Enjoyed the movie, but does Betometali only make horror film characters?

I am kinda there with ya. While I'll say part 1 is the more cinematic masterpiece and a better film. I loves me some part 2 and have definitely seen it more than the first. Ahhh..... the guilty little pleasures! :lol

:exactly: In Beto's own words he only likes to do things that he finds grotesque. I don't know what he's opinion on it is but as far as humans (or human looking) characters go, Nubbins is a gross as it gets :lol. Way more so than guys like Torrance or The Tall Man.

I think Nubbins has some great twisted expressions! I'm a big fan so I think he deserves 2 sculpts with different F'd up expressions but I'm probably alone on that one. I have no doubts that his whole package of sculpt, accessories and outfit would be a 1/6 horror hall of famer if touched by Beto.

Beetlejuice is as comedy as comedy can get, but there are moments of borderline genuine horror IMO. Same as Ghostbusters (though I think Ghostbusters takes the horror angle a bit more seriously than Beetlejuice did).

Hmmm, you're starting to convince me and I definitely agree about Nubbins' facial expressions maybe being interesting enough for Beto to want to sculpt (I was thinking about the great expression he gave his latest prototype Ash and that same eye for detail trained on ol' Nubbins would be pretty epic). I remember Beto saying he had no interest in a Shining Jack Nicholson since to him it'd be boring to sculpt 'angry Jack Nicholson', so I'm not sure if it's just Nicholson's oversaturation in pop culture that bores him or humans in general (aside from Ash).
