For shoes and hands: if you want really nice protoys is doing some, but it is kind of pricey.
Otherwise I think dx01 shoes and the CGL toys shoes (with weathering) are good. The hand sets all look the same to me unless it is expensive customs. (The Fan set looks pretty good)
