Wow! Thanks Hidden Jitsu, you are the exact reason that people want to cease selling items on this board. 1 day to reply to a PM is not excessive or unresponsive. Refund issued, not worth fighting about. I have completed at least a 1000 head sales in the last decade, I'm not going to rip anyone off for $35

Tell you what, when you get the head (and most likely you will because 2 weeks for US International First Class is not unheard of), keep it don't mail it back to me. It is worth me loosing a hunk of resin to not have to deal with pests like you.
 
To all those that have PM'd me about new head sales. As explained previous in the thread, I had a serious knee injury the day after Christmas and I have not been taking on any new payments or sales until, I am 100% back in full swing. Sometimes my PM box does get a little overwhelmed with requests and tend to deal with all new sales requests in batches. Thank you for being patient.

I like to ship all orders out within 3 business days of payment for all domestic and I ship international one day a week on Saturdays.

Hidden Jitsu paid me for a head the week before Christmas and I offered him a refund when I hurt my knee as I knew it would be a few weeks before I would be able to get shipments processed, he declined the refund. I sent the head out 2 weeks ago and informed him that it went out and I guess he thinks 2 weeks shipping to UK is excessive and filed a paypal dispute.

I understand people get uneasy sometimes, but I have been selling custom heads for over a decade and have never ripped anyone off and this type of behavior chaps my hide.....sorry for venting.
 
Well the fact that you still did not provide me with a photo of the receipt and have been very vague and slow in response since the day I bought it.
It does not take that amount of effort for a reply does it?
And considering you were logged on every day and took days to respond what should I expect.
Also I ordered stuff from china and arrived in 5 days and canada in 7 days and still no head what should I expect.

I hate it when sellers demand the money and then take all the time in the world to send and respond , just be truthfull and don't make up silly stories about injuring yourself.
And the fact that you promised to send it Boxing Day. , and so on I did get fed up with the lies.
 
Because you've caught me in a rare mood, I usually am very private and hate to express myself in public forums. Hey it's been a weird month and I'm fed up.

People always like to blame the sellers, they buyers are never at fault. While 95% percent of the people I deal with are very pleasant and I have no issues with, there are always people like Hidden Jitsu which makes me want to give up selling. I am very active online and buy and sell a lot of stuff, I have by far and above had more issues with buyers than sellers. I just count it as part of business, issue a refund or send a replacement and be on my way with no questions asked. I'm going to be more vocal about it this time.

Yesterday, Hidden Jitsu sent me a request asking for a tracking number and did not go into PM's yesterday and did not see his message. He asked for a tracking number for shipment and not a copy of the receipt. USPS International does not provide shipping numbers and like I said in the past if there was ever any issues, I would send a replacement or happily issue a refund. Had I seen the message yesterday I would have scanned a copy of the receipt sent it to him, asked him to give it a few more business days and then determine the next step.

Today, I was checking my emails and saw an email from Paypay stating that he was disputing the item. I logged onto the forum and saw his PM's and he was upset that "I was ignoring him". I processed the refund instantly through PayPal and should have gone on my merry way.

Then I thought about it and got really upset. Again this was only 1 day after he asked me for a tracking number. Not a photocopy of the receipt, I'm calling his bluff and I would love to see him post the PM where he asked me for a photocopy of it, I would have been more than happy to give it. I'm sure he'll call foul and cry "it's been doctored!", but the boring truth is I dropped it in a puddle :) Here it is:

Then we have the ranting about my knee injury, which is all fine and dandy here is the PM a sent him after it happened. I offered a refund and he declined.

He said that I made the whole thing up (again, I'm the bad guy that fabricates stories over a $35 head), here in all it's bloated, bruised, swollen glory is my made up injury. Maybe he'll rant that I need to prove it, which I can. I'd be happy to show Emergency room receipts, Doctor visit sheets, medication receipts and x-rays :)

Sorry folks, I usually don't act like this, but it's been a very bad month and I just felt like venting.

My customers know me and know that I'm not a crook.
 
Yeah ok whatever but I don't see my postal code on the receipt either , and that could be anybody's leg or an old pic.
And I made the PayPal transaction as it was the only way I thought I would get your attention.
I did not state at any point you were a crook or a scammer of any kind.
You were being very vague in your response which got me worried as you don't have a lot of posts on this forum.
And being that recently I have been scammed out of £200.00 I got worried,
It is not the fact that it was only a $35.00 head it is the principal of things doesn't matter if it is $5.00 it still matters.
Anyway if the head ever arrives I will give you a full refund or send the head back , as I was not expecting you to do a refund I just wanted a reply.
 
Holy balls man. Hope your leg is better! I sent a PM regarding heads, reply whenever you can.
Ideally I'd love a pair of punisher sculpts, one standard and one battle damaged. Please get back to me whenever you can, these heads are astounding and I'm hoping I'm not so far off that I've missed the boat.
