I cant get into SSF. I have no idea what happened but I didn't abandon you guys. So far you're the only one thats talked to me. I've emailed everyone to the address they sent their payment with who still has a Rabbit figure coming and explained the situation. So for no one has replied. I don't know what else to do. I appreciate you relaying the message for me. I'm doing everything I can to try to rectify the situation. Im making sure to put extra care into these last figures and make it up to all you guys. I've had so many issues with this project its ridiculous. ��

Im sorry about the lack of communication. For some reason we've been locked out of our SSF account for some time now. Im not sure the reason if it was hacked or what, but it wont even allow me to reset the password. I contacted them and they said they would take care of it, but still nothing. If you need to contact us in the future make sure to email us directly at this address.

The last of the Rabbit run is essentially finished. The issue thats held it up this long is the mold for the head sculpt was unfortunately damaged. So we sent the master sculpt to an acquaintance (a person who casts) to cast a new mold for us, thinking it would be a better decision. That ended up to be a terrible idea and we've been waiting to get the master head back for several months now. After a bunch of drama, we finally got the master head back last week and then we're doing the molding and casting ourselves. We even spent money out of pocket to get a vacuum/degassing chamber to help the quality of the new casts. So these last figures of the run will be the best we've ever done. We apologize for the lack of communication, but we've been waiting to let people know till we figured out where this situation was going to land. Thank you so much for your patience. We'll be working to make it up to everyone and definitely be throwing in some freebies, coupons, etc.

I hope this clarifies any confusion in the matter. We have all your guys' email address and will make sure you have priority in any future project runs we do. If you have any other questions please dont hesitate to ask.

He seems like a nice guy, but ive never heard of anyone getting their figures in a timely manner. There is always delays.

The fact that he expects payments in full for these figures, then takes over a year is bull*****

I know he isnt trying to steal your money, and i know you will all get the figures, but thats unacceptable.

The part i find funny is that if you look at his website and facebook page, he tries to come across as being professional and a legit company, yet the way its run is so amature.

Yup he wanted me to pay up front for a 03 leatherface outfit and Said it would take a month to produce but this thread has scared me off!!! I got the sideshow leather face and will just use that clothing I just don't trust him!!!

He's active on his Facebook and Instagram, I'd just hit him up there. Otherwise, open PayPal claims, police reports, whatever.

This community needs to stop putting up with this stuff. Everyone just posts here and complains and otherwise shrugs their shoulders. There's still actions you can take.
