I got a pic too, plus asked about my shipping address. Hopefully, we'll have our figures soon..
 
Well, I spoke with Jon last week about our figures that he promised would be sent out.. He said he was very busy sending out packages, but ours were first. Then I got my pre-notification tracking last Tuesday from USPS. As of now, nothing has been dropped off. Seems to be another stall tactic. Very disappointing.

Same here.
I contacted him yesterday. He replied just now.

"What the heck? It was shipped last week, it should have arrived already. Ill have to call USPS today and figure out why it hasnt updated."

Haha.. What the heck?? That's what he said to me too. That darn USPS always messing up their tracking info.. I just hope this is just another stall technique and not him building a case that they were unfortunately lost in shipping..
 
So, it's been a week since I last anything other that there was an issue with USPS. Still saying its waiting for package to be dropped off.

So, has anyone actually gotten their figures? Just curious.. Is this list accurate?

I received mine literally a few days after I paid.
 
i think you were in the first run. I was asking about the 5 on the second run that are still marked "Shipping Soon".

I just got word from Jon that there was another mix up with the shipping. Apparently, USPS never changed the status of items from awaiting to item being shipped, then after a week of trying to get some answers, they all showed up at his front door. Somehow, they we're not shipped to the recipients, but back to him by mistake...:slap I can only hope this is the last of these mistakes...

I'm not sure this is a true story... I don't want to assume that it's BS but it doesn't make any sense?... You've got 5 packages from the same adress going to five different people so you ship them back to the single address? Even USPS is not that stupid.

I think he's just dragging his feet plain and simple... I have no doubt that he will deliver these and that they will be done properly but I just think he doesn't want to work on them plain and simple. He probably did the first five and they took so much time and he got sick of them and intends to do the rest and know he has to but just doesn't feel like it and is making up excuses.

The truth is I get it,these things are time consuming and a pain in the ass but I still want my stuff. I've waited years... Literally. The big mistake he made was shipping out half of them ages ago and making the other half wait. We ordered at the same time as the rest of the guys.

I do believe there was some sort of mishap here or there, the mold/resin thing was probably a legit mishap and that set him back and probably annoyed him that he wanted to work on other stuff.

He's legit, he's respectful and I like him and I trust him but I think of people who have been in the same boat, Robbie took years to get his lecter gurney done and he always owned it explained he couldn't get to it or wanted to make sure it was perfect before he finished it and was always a super straight shooter, gentleman as always. Not one person complained because he managed expectations.

Jon has been sending the same cut and paste email out about " one week" or this and that for months...

As someone who has taken on commissions and hated finishing them I totally know how much it sucks and the truth is I'd rather my stuff be done with passion so if the artist is just burnt out over it I don't mind waiting until he's inspired again... I'd just rather be told that.
 
Exactly. I told him basically the same thing. I've been involved with the on-going Wyatt Earp project for close to 3 years. It was one excuse after the other. It gets very tiresome. It really changed my outlook on custom projects. I agree on your take on things. I'd rather be told the truth. It might not be good news, but at least we know where we really stand.. Hopefully, this will be resolved..
