Either people with the original set from RM, or people who got the V2 set from RM. The chest came with DX, full set, H&C set and clothing set.

Unfortunately most people use them if they got sets, you might have a better chance getting a TTM18 and Frankenstein it. Its a shame someone doesn't cast these pieces , I don't know if that would be considered taboo recasting the chest pieces. What do you guys think>?

Don't think anyone would mind to be honest. Not a bad idea at all.

I know Robbie made a chest piece for smuggler. Maybe that could work if he still offers it.

The chest piece that came with the Bill V2 full set was already placed onto the figure, correct? Not put in the box separate.

Loose sets H&C and clothing sets, it was already loose. Full sets and DX it was already on the body, but most people will already have a TTM18 or similar, so you can just take the chest piece off, replace with TTM18, and then you have a chest piece. It isn't needed for Dandy Bill.
