Any idea how to remove the arms from the Colton body? Trying to replace with the TTM18 arms. I opened the rubber upper portion on the side which let me get to the screws on one side, but I can't figure out how to get to the screws on the other side. The rubber doesn't have a seem on the other side. Thanks.

If you got one side of the torso split just pulled off with the other arm up and It should come up over the neck and the arm. If it is like the banner body there will be two screws to hold on the arms at the shoulder you just remove those and it opens up and lets the arm loose.

Don't slice the torso, you don't need to do that.

On the back of the shoulders are two plugs. Use a pin or needle to pry them out and then simply unscrew. Do the same with the donor body and swap.

Also did this to a Banner body with Bruce Lee arms and it makes for a great temple of doom Indy.

I originally pulled those plugs and took the screw out, but it didn;t do anything for the removal of the shoulders. The screws that need to be removed sit just under the rubber torso. Also, the torso can't be removed because it is attached to th stomach. Really confused here.

you gotta unscrew it and slice down where the seamline is and crack that sucka open.
