That's the one. Crack the seem. One side will just pops off.

If I am able to get that side off, then how do I get the new shoulder/arm on? The inner piece that has the two screws that the shoulder socket fits into will still be closed together. I wish there was a vido tutorial.

Here is what I am referring to. On the fist photo, you can see where I did what was suggested, and the arm came off, but left the front part of the shoulder connected into the holder which is under the rubber chest/back portion. How do I get that piece out and put the new one in?

All of a sudden I can't get any photo's to upload.

On the back of the shoulders for every body Hot Toys make that i am aware of is a plug and screw. What you are trying to do is remove the shoulder and arm, and not take the arm assemble out of the body.

When you remove the arms at the shoulders it should just leave a plastic loop sticking out of the bodies shoulder.

You describing taking the arms off including that plastic loop. Unscrew the shoulder screw, not the two screws that hold the shoulder swivel into the arm assembly.

This is a Bruce Lee body, but it's the same principal.

Where that shoulder plug is, pull the plug, then unscrew, and when you've popped the shoulder apart you get the arm looking like it does on the right of the photo.

The body will be left with the round shoulder swivel still in the shoulder socket.

Remove the arm off the donor body in exactly the same way AT THE SHOULDER SCREW. Then swap.

I see what you are saying, makes perfect sense. On mine, the anterior/front part of the shoulder is still attached to the round disk. The back portion is pff, but the front is still attached. I guess I have to pry it off. I'll give it a try. Thanks.

I never was able to put all knives on RM Bill V2 belt, they just not fit well and didn't want to tear the belt. Tinela's and Fergo's knives fit perfectly in their belt.

I have to give the win to Fergo there ... They look perfect to me .

I think I'm going to need a belt from him .
