Damn, that does look a lot like it. So now recasts are already available before most people even receive the original sculpt. That's seriously disappointing.

Are the auction pics of the actual recast for sale? Or are those stock pics of the original cast?

Also, I don't follow this thread too closely, but does this HS come with a COA or anything to help differentiate it from a recast?

Disregard my post above. I just looked at the original pics of the HS, and you can tell the auction pics are definitely of the recast just based off the paint job, which is pretty damn terrible.... definitely doesn't do the head sculpt or the artist justice.

I guess it was inevitable that someone would eventually make a recast. I'm just kinda surprised because I didn't think it'd be this soon.

Axe did say the only way to combat recasters is to make these open to everyone...but damn, if I was a noob, id pay $40 compared to $300...

Looks like the seller is in Hong Kong. I hate to stereotype, but that's one place for sure I would avoid selling things if I had a concern over recasting.
