I'm going to show pics today (just woke up) of the previous Luke and Han belts and blasters I've made. I won't be making a prototype for these because of the process. Some parts I have to order all of them at the same time, so making a single is the same investment as all of them. I've been trying to determine the final price for these. I also have been dragging my feet waiting till I get into my space which is supposed to be today or tomorrow. I'm a very linear thinker and so I have to have everything in place before I begin.

Unless I can get a better sizing dimension. These things have to be right on the money. There is no adjustment.
