ok, here is the original head print which I started to adjust but then abandoned - he needs detail added (beard, textures etc) I also think that these heads would be better with necks so PLEASE shout out if you want a neck/or you don't want a neck

what do YOU think if these pics? If you are happy with the physical print out (v1.2) I can continue working on this head:

even though im getting everything expect for this head ill comment anyway and say i think this is pretty damn good and i would recommend using this sculpt

also i think necked versions for both heads would be best

I dont think another sculpt was needed as the first was awesome.

Having seen the sculpt in hand i think the eyes just need to be bigger/take up more of his face and the face slimmed down around the forehead, cheeks and jawline.

This part needs to be more subtle to lessen the impression he has protruding cheeks

This comparison shows what i mean but the chubby cheeks

I know his cheeks are not flush but they need more cheekbones with a youthful layer of fat rather than fat fat if that makes sense :lol

I asked moe if he'd do the David attire and he agreed not heard anything from natchan .
But wasn't going to get the ball rolling with moe until I had my head & medal

No. Natchan has dissappeared from his thread.
Moe had showed a bit of interest in taking it on or IDM customs has been doing some great work and we need to look at them also:exactly:

Funny you guys mentioned the clothing as I message IDM already and they're booked until October. Natchan has abandoned the project so I'm thinking we look into Rainman's tailor. Not sure if that can happen since RM was privately commissioned to make a David, his buyer may not be happy about that. But that is my vote. It would be pricey but WELL worth it IMO.

I don't see that happening and even with my stance on popular characters being privately commissioned it would be unfair to Teddy unless he was compensated for his figure not exactly being 1 of a kind anymore, best chance for quality clothing for David is with Moe.:lecture



NECK NECK NECK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The vamp head? please tell me it's possible to give that a neck too! I'm not ordering the human sculpt so weather that gets a neck or not doesn't matter to me personally but It would be terrible if one got one and the other didn't!



Also can we get a side my side shot of that v1 david sculpt next to a know hot toys sculpt to give us an idea of size??????????

Is Iris RM's tailor?

I didn't think RM's tailor would be in the mix since Ted's figure but I tried. You can't blame me. I now want the best quality we can get for this figure. I could totally understand that upsetting Teddy though. Moe would be my next choice. His prices as of late are on the up and up but it seems the quality is getting better. I'll roll with whoever gets a run going. :lol

Do you guys want Vampire David to be necked? Because he is with Sean having just been tediously prepped ready to go to the caster and if enough of you demand it, then we can mod it on to the printed head, but speak up now!

we have finally got a GOOD David (YES!) Pete is working on finishing him off now, he will be finished on the 23rd (next week) and off to the moldmakers
