It'll be a while before I get to this but would anyone be interested in a Stay Puft head diorama? I'm currently working on a Sixth Scale Slimer and was debating on this being my next project. Obviously, sixth scale would be insanely huge so I'm thinking something a little more rational. The idea is to create a backdrop for the four main characters while keeping things to a minimum. A clean or crispy version could be made. Something like this but the thickness being around four to five inches tops.

Here are two very crude mock ups for size reference. The hat would add a bit more.

So tell me it's nuts, tell me it's cool, or tell me it's meh. Only looking for opinions.

Cool idea. I personally wouldn't be in but that's because I don't do dios. I think it might be cool to have 1 hand also gripping the "ledge" rather than just a head

Thanks guys. Just brainstorming at the moment. I thought about doing a piece of the rooftop reconstructing the below scene as well. This is also the smallest the head appears on screen at about nine feet tall. At that size sixth scale is possible but still twenty-seven inches with hat. So yeah, shelf space becomes the issue.

I guess I'll gauge interest even though it might be a tough sale. It'll be a while before I get to it anyway.

I'd recommend Half a head and cutting it off at the back of the head and making it flat, that way it'll fit into more dioramas and shelf spaces. Also have a hand like he is reaching up from below and grabbing the ledge. Again this could just be part of a hand and flat in the back. Doesn't have to be a full hand, just fingers.

Yeah, exactly. I think I mentioned trying to keep the thickness under five inches for the head. It would also be a hollow cast to keep down weight. A hand and a ledge might come about if the interest is there.

I would love to incorporate this with your slimmer in my ultimate Ghost buster shelf....so I am still in...even if you decide to make 2-5 of these...LOL....thanks again for taking this one!

Ha, added you. The list may grow when there are some results. I just picked up the foam core to start this but will be back on Slimer by weeks end. Should be a fun project when I get around to it.

I've added you to the list.

When there's enough interest I'll be focusing on a screen accurate head. The only way I see this turning into a rooftop diorama is if we reach ten or more and those members are really interested in it.
