heat them up with a hair dryer or hot hot hot water...if you are working on the qui gon boots..those are the toughest ones i had ever worked with..lol..those things are a bear...

I feel your pain. Mine was stuck to the plastic packaging and was destroyed as soon as it came out of the box :banghead He therefore lives at the back of the shelf with the robe on to try and hide it.
