IRIS said if we reach 20 people the price will be $300 with new design changes. It's not massive but it will definitely be more convenient for IRIS and likely would shorten production time. We can all decide on the new colour together then. If we have 15 people its $310. (Rug stays the same price)

So how does this work?

What if 20 people pay. Do those that pay at the $310 price get refunded $10?

Or later buyers just get theirs $10 cheaper?
