Those are easy. I think Cotswold has 1/6 Marlboro with single cigarettes.
When I put together a pack for a figure, I bought the Marlbiro removed the label and made a color copy of a pack of Parliments. I just kept reducing the size til it fit. They actually came out pretty good.
