Delivery was attempted before it arrived in the UK?

I don't need to call them again as I've already been to the depots and made many phone calls. As I've been told, and I'll say it again. They can't locate it. As I've already posted, it's now down to Canada post to liase with royal mail and they can investigate the claim. As i presume it's insured that should be quite straight forward.

Should it turn up, I will happily close the PayPal dispute.

You escalate the claim before I can answer back with legitimate reason. You call me impatient and say there is no reason for concern, the estimated delivery was the 6th November, I see you failed to mention that. Almost 3 weeks over due...definate reason for concern. But you failed me in allowing to express that.

I'm struggling to understand your refusal to assist in dealing with this situation in a reasonable manner. You ignore me for days on end, fail to answer my questions....which still remain un answered. Not once have you given me any indication a desire to reach a happy resolve!

Absolutely I'm escalating it. Everything on my end is crystal clear. I've done everything I could here, even after I told you it would require more time to open a case with CP to get the money back. I don't understand what "questions" you have. I've done everything I could with CP, Paypal and even attempted to call the post office in the UK. Just because I refuse to lose out on that money because you can't wait for it to show up doesn't validate your "concern". I've spoken with PayPal and everything is fine on my end.

Why would you lose money.......the item is insured for the full amount, is it not? 3 weeks past delivery date and no response from you......till now. is more than enough reason to be concerned, but you didn't allow me to express those concerns to paypal. Trying to keep it all very one sided?!

And yes, it may require more time, but by me waiting I can no longer claim via PayPal. But I've already said that. ...as I've said everything else more than once too!

I still never received my clothing set. Managed to claim $200 back via PayPal dispute. Still awaiting the remaining $140 to be paid back to me!

That's the Eleven head sculpt- what happened to the famous Trevor Grove head sculpt that was supposed to be attached to this project? This sculpt is good I like it- Eleven is also making a Gus Fring sculpt that looks perfect

Sculpt looks great! I've had a pair of HT Gordon glasses lying around for Trevor's eventual sculpt but this one will do until that time. I'll see what I can find out about that for everyone too.

In the meantime, I have one of these clothing sets available for sale again! PM me for details.

I have a Yunsil beige jacket (impossible to get nowadays), Kato shirt and trousers for a Felina set up. If anybody would prefer that look, I would be willing to do a straight trade for this clothing set. Thanks :duff
