Clothing set IRIS: 'The Big Lebowski' - The Dude Outfit 2ND RUN [SHIPPING]

I didn't buy this in the first place, but Rainman isn't a newbie in this hobby to never know how to scale the right size of something he has been doing for almost 15 years now or maybe more. I'd say just gather up and ask him to reissue this, because complaining here isn't helping so he might think everybody seems happy. This must be worked well, and scaled well before shipping to customers.

I should be getting my sculpt in today or tomorrow hopefully, anxious to see the scale of it lol I wonder if it’s bigger than his Anton sculpt ? I fear that he won’t change it though. I saw a collector saying on Facebook that his glasses arrived broken. He contacted Lee about replacing them, and Lee said it was not possible. Lees english was never the best and I think the collector was from France who spoke English , so maybe there was some confusion with the language barrier. But if he’s not willing to replace the glasses, I doubt he will redo the entire run :/

I got mine today, Anton sculpt is bit wider that the Dude. I also tried the sculpt on Taxi Driver torso piece from the set and it fits perfectly

My opinion on this sculpt is that wide look is caused by the smile, his cheek bones are rounded and raised. Hair volume is outstanding lol

Agreed. I bought his psyco Norman full set. It arrived with paint rub on hair. I offered to send it back and pay for all shipping. He just gave me tips on how to touch up hair lol.

Worth a try but I do think Lee will refuse. I do think he needs to hear the feedback though. So I’m always happy to add my name to any list

Both characters/actors, The Dude and Anton have large heads themselves, especially with the hair volume. I wonder if Lee had a problem with sizing because he didn’t have a full figure to work with, no body or clothing to use for comparison.

I have the same issue with Dull Boy figure, body that was used for it looks super tiny and out of proportions

He hasn’t even replied about my broken glasses, definitely want a refund and return if he’s not going to replace.

Yeah, if the sculpt was done and placed on the finished clothing set, like in the first page post, then it looks perfect. I have no idea what he did or used.

Looks better there for sure, but the neck is very skinny. I don’t think I’ll be able to use the old Rainman chest piece. His shoes were over sized however, so balances it out nicely. It’s not a complete wash I don’t think, but it’s gonna require some maneuvering and as others said, might look a bit unnatural compared to other figures scale wise. If I can get it in proportion with itself I’ll be happy, still super bummed it’s out of scale though
