Although it was always going to be expensive, due to the complexity of the suit.

No eta as of yet, were gonna take payment on the head first I think.

So maybe a little while, you also can pay 50% deposit and the rest when it is finished

Depends when it's suitable for most I guess

Yeah, when the time comes I'll lay out all the payment details and I'll probably get in touch with everyone one is still interested.

But just so people are aware, the 50% deposit and balance on finish is a option for the suit and vest

Thanks for the info, Frank, and do continue to keep us posted :duff. Hopefully, it won't come too soon, as I'd hate to pull out on this. I can definitely do a payment plan like that.

Sorry I forgot to address the belt

No there is no belt, It was one of the things that from the beginning I said would not be included. Along with with harness and body

The belt is just a regular black belt with a clip that couldn't work from the materials used
to make the pouches etc so that's why there's no belt. If I could get it made I would

Right so I've been speaking with Sean and he's ready to start taking payments on the heads.

Minimum heads to be made are 18 so if we don't reach 18 payments, unfortunately none of us get one


The heads will be $60 via paypal gift, otherwise add 5% for the head, paid to Sean


Painted heads will be a separate additional payment of $70 to Pete, will ask for payment for the painting when we get to that stage (Will have a painted head up as soon as possible)

I'm going to bow out on the suit etc as I am reluctant to pay that kind of money for what I thought was the complete clothing setup.
Awesome job by the way, I really, really like it and without doubt THE best looking MGS1 Solid so far.

I will wait to see what a painted head looks like before sending monies.
Shame on the clothing.

Apologies if this has already been addressed but I noticed the fabric bandana is included in the clothing set and not the headsculpt. Does this mean the head won't come with a sculpted/fabric bandana or is that in with the price.

no problem man, to be fair though nothing had changed since the gauge thread months ago

I was pretty clear in listing in that gauge and this thread what would be produced if this went to a run, and the reasons why some thing that weren't viewed as definitive to the figure weren't going to be made - solely because it was going to be an expensive project. Some things just couldn't get made in the end, like the belt buckle.

I thought instead of trying to source bodies etc and the total be up in the $900 that needs to be paid off at once, you could pick the body and the other small bits when the could, incase they couldn't afford it all at once and get priced out. It isn't the easiest way to work it and it obviously can't make everyone happy, but it was the best way to offer it in a way most could try and get it if they wanted.


RE: the bandana, no the bandana does not come with the head, as stated. The bandana is priced in with the suit as that's who's making it

I think everything looks great and I am very excited for the figure. This outfit was always going to be pricey, and Sean is a top notch sculptor.

Hi Frank, my loss for not being able to have this in my collection. This looks like a great Solid Snake project. From the day I saw this, I wanted to be all in: painted HS, clothing, everything or nothing.
