Here's Leia ANH body (left) besides Dam body. Sorry, but I'm not risking taking out Hoth Leia outfit, not sure if I'd be able to put it back. But I'm assuming Jyn's and Hoth's bodies are similar to that one.
Again, the Dam body has a pretty good quality. Not as good as the HT, but pretty close. You can see in the picture that the arms/legs surface have a lesser finish, shiny and plastic like, while the HT has a nicer matte finish. Also, the color on HT is more natural. The articulation on elbows is tighter and more stocky in the HT, too. But since the body would be totally covered, I don't think there's any problem with those.
That said, that Dam body is much better than the other cheap bodies I own. I still think is a very valid option if the other bodies can't be found. The size and proportion still fit Dany better than the HT to my eyes.
The stock Daenerys sculpt fits on Leia's neck too, but not perfectly. It would need to cut a tad of the rubber covering the neck articulation so it doesn't push the head up.

These two bodys almost looks identical except the upper rubber bust area to the arm joint. Its flush with with the Leia than the Dam Toys.
The Leia has a broader shoulder too.

I agree with almost everything you said, except for this part.

Iris is totally not up to par.. not even close, I've been realizing this more and more lately and plus they are just as backed up as Yunsil.

Her earlier works on Seven, Matrix and others for Iminime were not as cool as Yunsil, but since then she improved a lot, especially with Bill Brawler outfit. So, I believe she's a viable option with all these delays troubles with Yunsil. Iris is taking some time too now to finish her projects, but not as much.

It's of course disappointing that Yunsil can't take it, but let's hope there are other options.

I told you that she cant make the chain. Asking tailors for that isnt a good idea. I am a bit suprised she cannot do the Outfit but i can understand that she said no because she is booked. Not sure if I am interested in other tailors right now. Maybe I am out like chubbyman

Toribox said they couldn't do the chain and the cloak than i asked if they were able to do just the dress.
She said it had to many patterns it would be too difficult.
I thought it would have been a great challenge for them but I think they make enough from suits, shirts, pants, etc they didn't really need to go out of there way for a something new.

Too bad she said no but at the end of the day I’m not surprised! And respect she’s understanding her backlog. Except for Chris Haute Hero, Yunsil is the only tailor I buy from so I’m out too.

Yun-sil gave me a basically too-high-to-accept quote on my Arsenio Hall from Coming to America figure. I think she wants to avoid projects with odd patterns and fabrics. That makes business sense.
