Brilliant!!! Wld love if that's possible... Although unless he gives some sort of a door piece / base to the knob it would be tough to display - Phine1 may have to wear his thinking hat on for this one!

Not to cause a stir in your thread but this guy mentioned my name first. If he's gonna start a problem, he's gonna get a problem. I wish I was being disrespectful instead of only speaking truth.....what has he designed? You should give him somthing to do, maybe he can make a sig for your thread :lol

no worries. tbh he just made a quirky comment in context to the thread yesterday. no big deal.

ALSO - references for all these things would be appreciated! I have tracked down some good pictures but orthographically speaking im out of luck. mainly for the typewriter. If you have any critiques, comments, suggestions, or rare pics plz share! I am all about constructive criticism.

You could put some double sided tape on the knob an stick it on anything. Or make a little stand (clear) and have it hover in the air (door level). That would be cool.

Making it as few pieces of mesh as i can is the trick - and also staying true to the real design as closely as possible while still making it possible to print and piece together. I'm simplifying some things but at this scale it has to be done so it can fit together.

Typewriter looks awesome! For making multiple of these do they get printed and then cast? Or does each have to be printed? The typewriter is a complex one that is for sure,
